Which countries do you operate in?

Ten: the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy and Poland.

How fast can I go live?

Seven days from your stock landing with us. If you're opening a new market, your VAT registration there has to be in place before your stock can land. In a new EU country that typically takes 6 to 10 weeks, so start early.

Do you help us set up VAT, EORI, EPR and IOSS?

We don't register you ourselves. Our team will advise you, and we'll connect you with specialists who set it all up correctly. Your VAT registration has to be in place before your stock can land with us.

Can you handle our volume at peak?

Yes. We work with brands shipping from a couple of hundred orders a month to more than 10,000, and we have thousands of pallet spaces across the network.

Which carriers do you work with, and can we choose?

We have contracts with all the major carriers. Our team helps you pick the one that suits your product best. If it stops working for you, you can switch to another carrier at the click of a button.

What is global ecommerce fulfilment?

It's outsourcing every step between "customer hits buy" and "customer opens the box". Gonini stores, picks, packs, ships and handles returns in ten countries across the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Australia, so you can sell in more than one country without running a warehouse in each.

Does Gonini handle Shopify fulfilment?

Yes. Our Shopify app syncs your orders in real time and pushes tracking back to your customer. We set it up with you on a call in under 30 minutes, with no technical work on your side.

How does pricing work?

A monthly subscription plus per-order fulfilment fees, priced around your product. Ballpark numbers are on the pricing page. Every pro seller gets a bespoke quote based on their order profile, so speak to our team and we'll put yours together.

Is there a minimum order volume?

Yes, 100 orders a month. Below that, the unit economics don't work for either side. Most brands already ship a couple of hundred orders a month before they outsource for the first time.

What kinds of products can you handle?

Almost everything. The exceptions are fresh food and goods with a short shelf life.

How is Gonini different from ShipBob, Stord, or James and James?
